Make America Great Again Hat San Antonio Remove Quotes

A Pennsylvania teenager says his First Amendment rights were violated after a photo of him wearing a "Make America Neat Again" hat was apparently edited for his high school yearbook.

Jeremy Gebhart, 16, says he'southward a fan of President Donald Trump and wanted to express his back up in the yearbook at Littlestown High School, which is about 150 miles west of Philadelphia.

Gebhart and a friend wore the hats in the photo. Both of their hats were edited, he said.

"I just think he wants to help our country, and I think he is," Gebhart told WPMT-TV.

Commune officials have non publicly said who at the schoolhouse was responsible for the editing.

In a argument, Superintendent Christopher Bigger apologized for the issue.

"It is not the policy or practice of the commune to improperly censor speech," he wrote.

Gebhart said information technology's "OK to disagree with people's views, simply what's not OK is taking your freedom of voice communication and using it to accept away someone else's."
